I worked as a newscaster and broadcast technician for Zoe Broadcasting Network. Joined the Call Center bandwagon with Ambergris Solutions as TSR. Now, sharing all the knowledge, skills, attitudes and ideas as a call center agent to aspiring trainees. From Language Proficiency, Accent Neutralization, Culture, to Recruitment Assistance. For the past three years and eight months, I've handled 10 batches of trainees with 20-40 students each batch. Most of them are working in BPO companies.
