This ppt will provide you a small introduction about origin of mobile phones, the various effects of mobile phones on student life and comparison of o.s based smart phones and conventional featured phones and some statistical results about usage of mobile phones.
This slide was used as a part of my English101 course at the first semester of United International University. Our focus was to describe the uses and abuses of mobile phone in the context of Bangladesh.
Technology doesn't always help us and save our time when we abuse it. Smartphone addiction is the best example of this situtaion. some statistics and reports show that it is a real problem.
Addiction is very dangerous. Now a days the youths are being addicted to mobile phones which is harming them in a different manner in this slide lets discover what is addiction & how to overcome from this

Climate Change All over the World .pptxsairaanwer024
Climate change refers to significant and lasting changes in the average weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It encompasses both global warming driven by human emissions of greenhouse gases and the resulting large-scale shifts in weather patterns. While climate change is a natural phenomenon, human activities, particularly since the Industrial Revolution, have accelerated its pace and intensity

"Understanding the Carbon Cycle: Processes, Human Impacts, and Strategies for...MMariSelvam4
The carbon cycle is a critical component of Earth's environmental system, governing the movement and transformation of carbon through various reservoirs, including the atmosphere, oceans, soil, and living organisms. This complex cycle involves several key processes such as photosynthesis, respiration, decomposition, and carbon sequestration, each contributing to the regulation of carbon levels on the planet.
Human activities, particularly fossil fuel combustion and deforestation, have significantly altered the natural carbon cycle, leading to increased atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations and driving climate change. Understanding the intricacies of the carbon cycle is essential for assessing the impacts of these changes and developing effective mitigation strategies.
By studying the carbon cycle, scientists can identify carbon sources and sinks, measure carbon fluxes, and predict future trends. This knowledge is crucial for crafting policies aimed at reducing carbon emissions, enhancing carbon storage, and promoting sustainable practices. The carbon cycle's interplay with climate systems, ecosystems, and human activities underscores its importance in maintaining a stable and healthy planet.
In-depth exploration of the carbon cycle reveals the delicate balance required to sustain life and the urgent need to address anthropogenic influences. Through research, education, and policy, we can work towards restoring equilibrium in the carbon cycle and ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.

Improving the viability of probiotics by encapsulation methods for developmen...Open Access Research Paper
The popularity of functional foods among scientists and common people has been increasing day by day. Awareness and modernization make the consumer think better regarding food and nutrition. Now a day’s individual knows very well about the relation between food consumption and disease prevalence. Humans have a diversity of microbes in the gut that together form the gut microflora. Probiotics are the health-promoting live microbial cells improve host health through gut and brain connection and fighting against harmful bacteria. Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus are the two bacterial genera which are considered to be probiotic. These good bacteria are facing challenges of viability. There are so many factors such as sensitivity to heat, pH, acidity, osmotic effect, mechanical shear, chemical components, freezing and storage time as well which affects the viability of probiotics in the dairy food matrix as well as in the gut. Multiple efforts have been done in the past and ongoing in present for these beneficial microbial population stability until their destination in the gut. One of a useful technique known as microencapsulation makes the probiotic effective in the diversified conditions and maintain these microbe’s community to the optimum level for achieving targeted benefits. Dairy products are found to be an ideal vehicle for probiotic incorporation. It has been seen that the encapsulated microbial cells show higher viability than the free cells in different processing and storage conditions as well as against bile salts in the gut. They make the food functional when incorporated, without affecting the product sensory characteristics.
UNDERSTANDING WHAT GREEN WASHING IS!.pdfJulietMogola
Many companies today use green washing to lure the public into thinking they are conserving the environment but in real sense they are doing more harm. There have been such several cases from very big companies here in Kenya and also globally. This ranges from various sectors from manufacturing and goes to consumer products. Educating people on greenwashing will enable people to make better choices based on their analysis and not on what they see on marketing sites.
2. The world is now turning into an era of Mobile phones.
Everyone across the world has mobile access now. As
technology grows faster, the mobile phone is getting
smarter and better. The vast improvement over a few
years in mobile technology is unbelievable. The prices of
these mobiles are in all range and thus, make all people to
earn it easily.
3. 01. keeping student’s parents in contact
Mobile phones are the source of keeping student’s parents in contact. It is
convenient to communicate with anyone they want to. In case of emergency, they
call their parents or any family members.
4. 02. communicate to his friends
Another advantage of mobile phone is if students get absent or miss some
lecture or notes, he/she can communicate to his friends to inform him with the
lecture note or homework's.
5. 03.Emergency Situations
Although the mobile phone doesn’t guarantee safety, you can use it to make calls
whenever there is an emergency. Travelling with your phone is very important. In
case you have an accident, you can always contact someone who will help you.
6. 04.Multiple Uses
Mobile phones aids communication. By communicating with different people, they
can enhance and polish their communication skills and get to know more about
the people around them
7. 01.
Some people get so much addicted to cell phones for talking,
messaging, games, video and recoding that they forget the real
purpose of cell phone and waste large part of their time in
unnecessary interaction over their cell phone.
8. 02.Sleepless nights and get tired
When students playing games on mobile phone, they don’t care about time as
they concentrate fully on the game. Most of the student choose night bed time
for playing. Because no one would disturb them. So they play till 2 or 3 in the
early morning unless parents come and shout them to sleep. Some students
choose the sleeping time for chatting with friends. Chatting also makes them
sleep at very late. Do you know what happen if they sleep at late? Next day
they get tired which doesn’t make them concentrate on subjects. So, students
must sleep as soon as finish their homework and dinner so that they would
start next day with fresh and confident.
9. 03.Distraction
The accidents caused by usage of mobile phones when driving is innumerable. The
temptation to pick an important call when driving is huge. While you may have done
it successfully in the past, it is not a good idea. The distraction could easily cause
you to lose control of the car and consequently cause an accident. While it is
possible to put your phone on hands free mode, it is usually best to wait until you
get to your destination or even pull over in order to pick the call.
The mobile phone can also disrupt a meeting or class if proper etiquette is not
followed. The phone ringing during a class or meeting can distract the attendees
and waste precious time. Always put your phone in silent mode when you are in
such a circumstance.
10. 04.Playing games every time
Nowadays I saw lots of students who hate everything other than mobile phones. I
think, they love it because they can download so many games there. So, what will
happen if students having an own mobile phone? Simply they try to play games.
They are small, so they have to play games as we did in our childhood. But
everything has some limit. If a student playing games every time then it’s better to
bring his/her mobile phone back. Because their studies and other useful activities
destroy by this mobile phone.
11. Conclusion
Mobile phone has been a blessing for the humanity and
provided high level of ease but if used properly and sensibly.
Parents should take care of their kids that if they are giving
them mobile phones then it should be used beneficially rather
than spoiling them.
