• Education is one of the most useful weapon in one’s life to get settled in life or to lead a
happy life.
• Education is classified into 3 stages:
1) PRIMARY EDUCATION
2) SECONDARY EDUCATION
3) HIGHER EDUCATION
In the 3 stage i.e., HIGHER EDUCATION; the graduation level studies will come into
picture., which is now we are discussing ADULTEDUCATION.
4. • Educating adults differs from educating children in severalways given that
adults have accumulated knowledge and work experiencewhich can addto
the learning experience.Most adult education is voluntary, therefore, the
participants are generally self-motivated,unless required to participate by an
employer. The practice of adult education is referred to as andragogy to
distinguish it from the traditional school-basededucation for children.

• Continuation of education irrespectiveof their fields i.e.,engineering,nursing,
auditing etc., is very much important, Since they will be able to tackle the

the creation of a well-developed and progressivenation. Especiallyin a
developingcountry like India with a population of more than 136 crores,
education is the key to a better standardof livingand a prosperous future.
• India is a very vast and populated country but is still a developingnation.
Hence, Education is one of the most vital components that will help in changing
the status of India from a developingnation to a developed nation. Moreover, if
we take a careful look at the demographicsof India.
8. • From the survey, we have come to know that the persons who stopped their
education at the stage 2 are of mainly in the financialissues.They want to continue
their education but their financialstatus is not in a stage to makethem study.
• How government shouldworkto make themstudy?
Governmentshould implement schemesto aid financiallyto poor by checkingtheir
eligibility,So that the literacy rate also increases.The literacy rate up to 14 yearsof age
is 88%, 14-18 is 74% and 18+ is 60%.
If these stats increases,then, automatically they will help in the development of the
country, directlyor indirectly.

• There are no such negatives that of positives.,if every one continues their
education, they will help in the development of the country.
• They themselveswill be able to build a good characterand responsibilitiesin
their dailylife and society too.
• They will motivate themselvesin everysituation and further motivate
everyone with the knowledge they gained.
