This document outlines a proposed student concern management application. It discusses the need for such an application to handle student problems, queries, and doubts. Have to prepare an application on “STUDENT CONCERN” for solving these issues
Opportunity :
It is easy to use application.
It is accessible anytime anywhere, via a PC with an internet connection
It need lower requirements on the end user system and simplified architecture

 Goal- To develop an application for solving students concern
 Inputs- Enroll id, Application id, Students details, Informative portal, Help center
 Outputs – Students can able to solve problems, issues, queries and doubts related to them and
school
 Activities- Web application, Account login, Information about application, queries. Application
database, student details
 End value to user- Application covers the information about the user (Student) and their queries
need to be solve

queries and establishments to manage student data
 It provides capabilities for registering students in application,
admitting process, tracking students attendance, know about
their problems, give the solution in personal level, counselling
process
 Ensure data integrity, privacy and security in an open-access
environment

 Hardware requirement : Processor: 1 GHz, RAM: 4 GB, Hard drive: 64 Gigabyte
 Other – Operating systems like Window(XP, Vista ,7,8,10) Mc OS etc.
Risks and Dependencies:
 Current solution in place for over 2.5+ years and it is intuitive to current users
 Cost justification in ease of use, quality of information, speed of accessibility, ease of support and
maintenance is difficult to quantify in a way management can see improvements in utilization of
system investment
