A 22-year-old male student presented with right arm pain after a skateboard fall. Examination revealed swelling, tenderness, deformity, and crepitus over the distal third of the right arm. X-rays showed a comminuted, displaced fracture of the distal humeral shaft. The patient underwent an open reduction and internal fixation with a 10-hole titanium plate and screws to repair the fracture.

2. Local examination
Deformity present over the right arm distal 1/3rd
Swelling present over the right arm
Tenderness present over right arm distal 1/3rd
Crepitus present over the right arm
Active finger and wrist movements present
Distal pulsation palpable
No sensory deficits.
