Radha, a 33-year-old housewife, was involved in a motor vehicle accident and presented with an open, comminuted and displaced fracture of the right lateral femoral condyle (Seinsheimer type 3B). Pre-operative x-rays and CT scan were performed. She underwent wound debridement and open reduction with internal fixation using multiple K-wires and an AO external fixator. Post-operative x-rays confirmed the procedure and placement of hardware.
