Background
ISCF Transforming Construction objectives:
• deliver new built assets 50% faster and 33% cheaper
• halve the lifetime carbon emissions
• improve whole-life performance
We have:
• Pulse, an application used for commissioning large, industrial projects
• Extensive experience in manufacturing industry
• eco|Driver, an application for reducing the carbon emissions of buildings
• A record of innovation & a desire to do things better
Hence our Innovate UK application
Specifically by:
• Designing and managing buildings through digitally-enabled performance management
• Constructing quality buildings using a manufacturing approach
• Powering buildings with active energy components and improving build quality

Justification
According to GIRI (getitright.uk.com/):
…..estimates of total costs of error ranging between 10% and 25% of project cost or
between £10–25Bn per annum across the sector
GIRI research found that the most frequently reported root causes of error were:
Management and Planning (including inadequate supervision)
Communications (including a reluctance to ask questions)
Taking our cue from manufacturing industry, where efforts are focused on prevention
rather than detection, and combining it with the above, our project is focused on the
prevention of errors by improving understanding of the tasks to be performed
