PEEK, Radel, Udel, Amodel, Ultem and
Thermocomp and many with modifiers such as
Carbon, Glass, Stainless Steel, Brass, Iron Oxide and

8. Molding
Our molding team has successfully worked with some
of the most difficult resins offered in the industry.
We utilize injection pressing ranging from 22 ton to
220 ton. Each press supported by its own dryer and
delivery system, mold temperature control
components and computer controlled processing
system.
No heater or short cut method is followed to get the
ideal mold temperature.
Our injection presses are constantly utilized by fire
fighting, hazardous breathing, defense, aerospace,
computer, dental, construction, R/C toy, and fiber
optic industry.

systems gibbs CAM
and Solid works programs to receive, review, modify
and create tools.
Tooling department is equipped with skilled
craftsmen boasting of over 100 years of combined
experience in building molds for plastic industry.

centers, Hansvedt EDMs, Bridgeport mills, and an
in- house micro welding operation unit.

annually calibrated along with proper maintenance
of documents. We have state of art inspection
equipments including a Brown & Sharpe global
