  1. CRM 2010 will not only further differentiate the Sage CRM Solutions family in the standalone CRM market, but will also create exciting synergies with our ERP and vertical products that our distributed around the world. While I recognize that all of you are familiar with Sage’s current position in the CRM market, I find that some analysts and press are less aware of Sage’s overall business footprint. As a point of reference, in our fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, Sage’s worldwide revenue was $2.29B USD, representing a 30% increase YOY. We ended the fiscal year with just under 14,000 employees. We had 5.5 millions registered customers. 56,000 of which were Sage CRM Solutions customers. This figure includes ACT! corporate customers, which are businesses that purchase more than 10 licenses in an initial purchase. The over 2.7 million individual ACT! users are not included in the 5.5 million registered customer count nor the 56,000 Sage CRM Solutions customer count. Sage is able to reach this large customer base through our extensive distribution network, which includes 25,000 business partners or value-added resellers. And, 40,000 accounts that serve as recommenders for our products. With operations in 20 countries, we are the third largest business management software provider worldwide.
