• Healthcare organizations must have a planned and systematic approach for
meeting the quality expectations of its stakeholders. To insure the efficiency
of the application an internal analysis (how the application has affected the
business within) and external analysis (how it has affected its consumers and
the surrounding environment) will need to be conducted. This too can be
effectively used to identify organizational needs. This will enable Acme to
compare its current data (the statistics of health care in Indiana without the
application) to its ideal data. By doing so we are enabling Acme to assess
discrete, patient-focused endpoints. However, in some cases, results can be
influenced by factors out of the provider’s control.

capable of building upon its strengths resulting from years of development
and information system investments to react to market opportunities and
threats, and to improve our minor areas of weaknesses.
