Architectural Concepts provided architecture and interior
design for this complete gut and redo renovation of the existing
14,000 SF corporate offices plus a 7000 SF addition. Special
features incorporated Solatubes into chandeliers and punched
wall treatments which had never been done before. The entire
second floor and part of the first is daylit using shaft walls and
other unique applications.

BRIGHTER CONCEPTS

This Retail and Warehouse space is the showroom prototype for
“Brighter Concepts” retail sales and installation network of
Solatube Premier Dealers. This prototype location includes an
installation training workshop, a dealer training facility, research
and development, showroom, warehouse facilities and sales
floor.

The design intent was to highlight not only that Solatubes can
provide day-lighting, but to clearly illustrate how they are
installed and how they work. The design features open ceilings
that show the path the tube structures follow from the roof to
the ceiling plane.

is the concept created by ACI for Raintree Vacation Club. The
overall concept has been tailored for the individual resorts. ACI
selected several artists from Mexico who created original
artwork for the guest units. The collection of artwork reflects the
area and culture of each resort. The guest has the opportunity
to purchase the artwork as a memento of their resort vacation.

ACI designed an elegant mission style 35 000 SF conference

center with a ballroom, executive boardroom and full service
kitchen. The work resulted in a landmark bell tower with
ceramic mosaic dome, trellised courtyard for functions and an
oval boardroom accentuating the corner of the structure. In
addition, ACI renovated the spa/athletic center which
became a model for the Westin Brand. It was ACI that
introduced a black and brown wood palette (now a Westin
signature look) with backlit glass panels for the wall treatment
treatment.
