RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directand coordinate activitiesof departmentsconcernedwith billing, intake,sales andthe
distributionof products.
• Reviewfinancial statements,salesandactivityreports,andotherperformance datatomeasure
productivityandgoal achievement,andtodetermineareasneedingcostreductionandprogram
improvement.
• Establishandimplement company policies andprocedures,goalsandobjectives,conferringwith
executiveteamandstaff membersasnecessary.
• Determine staffingrequirements, andinterview, hire andtrainnew employees,oroversee
relatedpersonnel processes.
• Monitorthe dailyoperation toensure thatwe are efficientlyandeffectivelyprovidingneeded
services.
• Helpexpandcompany’s productsand servicestohelp furtherdiversifyrevenuestream.
• Planand directactivitiessuchas companypromotions, salesandCEUprograms.
• Research alternative methodsof efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’sorMaster’s degree inbusinessadministration andmanagementexperience required;
HME/DME managementpreferred. Computerknowledge,purchasingexperience, knowledge of
regulatoryand accreditationstandards preferred. Candidate musthave goodverbal andwritten
communicationsskills. Brightreesoftware experience aplus!
