I am hard worker, quick learner and self-motivated. Who possesses excellent
communication and inter-personal skills; I’m easily approachable and friendly. I am
excellent at working with a wide variety of people as well as alone and do this effectively
and with good sense humor, i work very well in highly demanding situations. I am looking

My main duties involves analyzing and cleaning data bases from external client, laser
printing of client’s letters and also organizing staff’s workload and provide everyone with
the right information before they take on task. Others main duties include weekly takings
of backups of the PC’s and running virus and malware software on all PC’s, maintain
company’s twitter page and website, maintain 5 laser printers 5 PC’s. Also managing
emails, stocks, customer quotes and liaising with other 3rd
party company’s.

Team whilst I as was at East Sussex.

with the increasing amount of admin duties and customer calls, my role was to answer
the increasing amount of calls and log them within the logging system and advice the
customers on the waste services and policies.

I have worked at Wirral Borough Council as an IT Officer within Finance in a Software
Support Team, supporting over 126 schools in Wirral on Microsoft programs and SIMS
(School Information Management Server), my duties was to provide training in Microsoft
office e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word I also provide training in SIMS e.g. Reporting, Star
and Behavior. I have a wide range of knowledge in other parts of SIMS e.g. Personnel,
Nova and Attendance. My other duties included 1st
line phone support to the general
public and customers supporting them with their general queries. My other role within the
team is technical were I would do installations and upgrades on PC’s and laptops within
the team and 126 schools in the Wirral 3 times a year, I would apply patches and hot
fixes. I also did site visits to schools to do presentations and onsite training in either
Microsoft or SIMS.

investigation team, within finance working closely with housing benefits and council tax,
whilst being part of the team I did a little shadowing around different sections of finance
for example: I have been taken to court to become familiar with prosecution procedure
and I have shadowed in one stop shop (advice for public sector) after two months I then
was placed in adult social services for a month working alongside human recourses and
after the month I was put within a IT Support Team working closely alongside Children
and Education sector to help schools all across the Wirral to support them with
technical/software support.
