• Responsible for all material inspection, ensuring all materials delivered to site conform to
specified requirements and prepare MIR before use and also check MAR to know whether
it has been approved by consultant before use.

MORTAR CUBES, PRISM TEST, SLUMP TEST at Every 464m2, Compasion Test, Sieve Analysis, and
ensuring the test report meet up with the Required Specification.
• Follow up Field Control Inspection Check list on Daily Basis.
• Verify the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable standards.
• Track all NCR and meet main contractor and Consultant for rectification.
