 The rights that children have for education are mainly
specified in the constitution of any country. It enforces any
state to provide education to all children regardless what
social status they have.

 As we know children labor means they do not have the
opportunity to study because they are forced to work for
different reasons. This is most common in third world
countries.

 For example, in Ecuador minors work and study at the same
time, which is considered as negative since the type of work
they do involves sexual exploitation, domestic and

 Trafficking of Indigenous children to work in the Costal region
of Ecuador has increased in recent years, children from other
nationalities, as well, arrive to the country to perform this
type of illegal activities.

Ecuador the law is not willing to put any effort to stop this
and the people who hire children are not punished according
to what is written in the constitution.

happiness they need. Growing is a process that needs a lot of joy,
peace, and love.

certain time. This means that we are going to see some

mind and their behavior can be risky.
