This document discusses the design and investigation of a triple rectangular-slotted microstrip patch antenna that operates at frequencies of 2.4 GHz for WLAN and 3.6 GHz for WiMAX applications, demonstrating good return loss values of -28.5 dB and -25.4 dB respectively. The antenna, fashioned from FR-4 substrate, is noted for its gain and directivity, with maximum values achieved at both operational frequencies. The results indicate significant potential for applications in wireless communications, with future developments suggested to enhance bandwidth and performance.
