This document presents a new method for optical pulse generation using multiple optoelectronic phase-locked loops (OEPLLs), which allows for the combination of coherent optical waves to achieve low phase noise and high repetition frequency pulses. The generated optical pulse width can be as short as 2.4 picoseconds with a repetition frequency equal to the reference microwave signal frequency. The proposed method aims to improve applications in high-speed optical communication and signal processing.
