A NEWER, MILLENNIAL TESTAMENT of the Continuing Creation since 100 CE."
The Old Testament was from about 1500 BCE to 0. The New Testament was added and completed in 100 CE.
Let's add a Newer (Millennial) Testament of the 1900-year-increase in knowledge, wisdom, and truth to the New Testament:
newer science, poetry (Psalms), and literature. The universe is still awakening and we are called to be co-creators in the continuing creation. A Newer Testament , which updates the Bible's flat earth cosmology, would help in correcting the misinformation in the popular Creation Museum in Kentucky.

“New Testament.”

12. IGNITING CREATIVITY
by Brian Swimme (cosmologist) in
Order of the Sacred Earth (2018) (Matthew Fox)
The universe gives birth to itself by assembling
communities with the capacity to awaken the
creativity of their members.
When hydrogen atoms find themselves in an
interaction community called a star, they discovers
they have the power to transform themselves into
the elements that give birth to life.

18. The Roman Catholic process theologian John Haught at
Georgetown University wrote:
The New Cosmic Story: Inside our Awakening
Universe,(2017)
The outer scientific story tells us that the universe is still
awakening to rightness. The universe on which we are
utterly dependent nevertheless created us. We are made of
stardust.
We find our greatest inner fulfillment and joy as we
contribute something new and indispensable towards
increased goodness, beauty, and truth.
The universe is still awakening, and we are called to
participate as co-creators in the continuing creation.

26. KINGDOM OF GOD
WORKING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
For Apostle Paul, & Book of Revelations
In the New Testament:

• End the oppressive Roman Empire
• Jesus would rule with justice & light

Milvian Bridge, Constantine,

attached to it which said,
"By this sign conquer."
After his victory Constantine
became the Roman Emperor.

Christians and all others should
have liberty to follow that mode of
religion which to each of them
appeared best.”

29. MARTIN LUTHER’S PROTESTANT REFORMATION 1517
Luther was to Christianity
what Copernicus in 1510 was to astronomy
On 2 July 1505, while Luther was returning to
his university on horseback, a lightning bolt
struck near him during a thunderstorm.
Terrified, he cried out,
"Help! Saint Anna, I will become a monk!"
July. 17, 1505, He left the university, sold his books, and
entered St. Augustine's Monastery in Erfurt Germany
1516, the Roman Catholic church sent Johann
Tetzel, a Dominican Friar, to Germany.
He was selling indulgences to raise money for
rebuilding St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome.
"As soon as the coin in the coffer rings,
the soul from purgatory into heaven springs."
30. 1517, One of Luther’s Ninety-five Theses asked:
"Why does the pope, whose wealth today is greater than the
wealth of the richest Crassus, build the basilica of St. Peter with
the money of poor believers, rather than with his own money?”
Luther’s Ninety-five Theses were published all over Europe
with the newly invented printing press,
starting the Protestant Reformation.
LUTHER’S PROTESTANT BELIEFS:
• The priesthood of all believers.
- He translated the Bible from Latin into German
• Salvation through faith in God’s grace
rather than by works.
A Newer Millennial Testament should include Martin Luther’s reformation hymn
A Mighty Fortress is our God,
A bulwark never failing
Our helper He, among the flood,
Of mortal ills prevailing.

32. 1738 London. As John Wesley heard a reading from Luther's Preface to the
Epistle to the Romans, Wesley felt his "heart strangely warmed."
Wesley wrote in his journal, ”While the reader was describing the change which
God works in the heart through faith in Christ, I felt my heart strangely warmed.
I felt I did trust in Christ, Christ alone for salvation;
and an assurance was given me that He had taken away my sins, even mine,
and saved me from the law of sin and death."
33. John Wesley, (1703-1791) founder of the Methodist
movement, was far from being concerned with literally only
our Bible.
He read widely and required his ministers to read many
other books.
Wesley scolded his ministers who claimed to read only the
Bible as exhibiting “rank enthusiasm.”
That’s like calling someone today a raving religious lunatic!
Do all the good you can,
by all the means you can,
in all the ways you can,
in all the places you can,
at all the times you can,
to all the people you can,
as long as ever you can.”
34. John Wesley’s brother
Charles wrote:
A charge to keep I have,
A God to glorify
A never dying soul to save
And fit it for the sky.

IV. LIFE AND THE SPIRIT
Paul Tillich’s (1886-1965) Systematic Theology, Vol. III
Spiritual Presence, The power within us but not of us.
The problem of life is ambiguity. Every process of life has its
contrast within itself ( positive and negative), thus driving us to the
quest for unambiguous life or life under the impact of
Spiritual Presence.
The Spiritual Presence conquers the negatives of religion,
culture, and morality, and the symbols anticipating Eternal Life
present answers to the problems of life.
The church is the result of the impact of the Spiritual Presence on
a community. It is through the power of Spiritual Community that
the fight against the ambiguities of the churches is waged.
KINGDOM OF GOD as the END (GOAL) OF HISTORY or ETERNAL LIFE
Eternity is a transcendent dimension above space & time.

MARTIN BUBER
Excerpts from Tillich’s address at a memorial meeting held on July
13, 1965 at the Park Avenue Synagogue under the auspices of the
American Friends of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where
Buber served as Professor of Social Philosophy.
• “I shall start with my image of him as a partner in a dialogue which
lasted with many interruptions for forty years. It was a dialogue on
the basis of our own religious encounters, and it included
philosophical as well as theological questions.”
•“In these dialogues something happened which transcended for me
in importance of the dialogue itself. It was the experience of the
divine presence. He was, as one could say “God-possessed.” God
could never become an “object” in Martn Buber’s presence. (I-It vs
I-Thou.) The certainty of God always preceded to certainty of
himself and his world. God for him, was not an object of doubt.”
