This document describes a "LivingValues" movement that aims to create awareness of students' connections to society and nature. It runs a JoyClub program for students from grades 7-10 that reaches over 200,000 students. The program uses researched and engaging content and tools to teach values like sensitivity, civic sense, and conservation through non-judgmental experiential learning. It is implemented in schools through JoyClub sessions, teacher and parent programs, and off-site student interactions. The movement has expanded operations across India and seeks to further propagate its programs through partnerships with institutions and volunteers. It uses a knowledge management process and quality assurance to continuously improve and ensure the effective facilitation of its values-based programs.
