• Muscular swelling.
• Achilles tendon
injuries.
• Shin bone pain.
• Fractures.
• Dis-locations.
Chronic Injuries
Chronic injuries are also called
Overuse injuries. They occur due to the
over-use of a certain part/area of the
body.
Examples:
 running,
 overhand throwing
 serving in tennis
