NORMAL POSITIONS. THIS PAINFUL INJURY
TEMPORARILY DEFORMS AND IMMOBILIZES
YOUR JOINT.
IMMEDIATE SPORTS INJURY TREATMENT
•STOP THE STRESSFUL ACTIVITY ON THE INJURED PART IMMEDIATELY
•APPLY ICE TO THE INJURED PART (USE A BAG OF CRUSHED ICE) FOR 10
MINUTES WITHIN 24-48HRS. LET THE AREA WARM COMPLETELY
BEFORE APPLYING ICE AGAIN (TO PREVENT FROSTBITE).
•WRAP THE INJURED PART IN A COMPRESSION BANDAGE
