2. This is a food pyramid. Meal consumption should be based on
this table.Below are the things that matter most and the
ones that we should eat in smaller quantities.

3. But how does my diet
really look?

4. First, breakfast. For breakfast I often
eat sandwich with Nutella.

5. Two hours later I`ve a lunch. For this I
usually eat a small snack.

6. At the dinner I always have something
different. But my favourite is spaghetti.

7. And the last one – supper. For that one I
ussualy have sandwich with tomato and
cucumber.
