Mr. Jonathan Egalal has been appointed to two diplomatic positions by the International Commission of Diplomatic Relations & Human Rights. He will serve as the Global Youth Ambassador, overseeing youth advocacy and empowerment globally. He will also represent the Council in all international diplomatic affairs and institutional cooperation in Europe. As an official of this intergovernmental organization, Mr. Egalal has international supremacy and protection under international law to perform his diplomatic functions without interference.

International Commission of Diplomatic Relations & Human Rights is an international, not-for-
profit, inter government organization registered under the resolution of Vienna Convention on
Diplomatic Relations (1961) and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (1963) accredited
by Government of Commonwealth, International Council of Jurist and affiliated with Corporation
National De Chapellanes Christianos Evangelicos, International Special Court of Human Right,
International Council on Global Conflict Resolution, Corte Brazileira De Justica Arbitral E Eclesiatica
& Amnesty International etc; with Global Operations office at Singapore City, Singapore and
Regional operations office in India, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada & USA.
The ICDRHR hereby officially confirms that Mr Jonathan Egalal is possessing the verified
qualifications and requisite experience, including as Diplomatic Ambassador under UN Diplomatic
Convention in Vienna on 18th April, 1961 is duly appointed to the following Diplomatic Positions to
perform the relevant Diplomatic functions and service for Diplomatic Relations of this IGO as an
official capacity,
Global Youth Ambassador- As the Global Youth Ambassador to overseeing and managing the
Advocacies and Empowerment for Youth Development Globally of all divisions and Chapter officials
& representing the Council in all International Diplomatic affairs, government relations and
institutional cooperation in Europe.
Official of this Council hold International Supremacy of this IGO, with power to command and
support the domestic Law enforcement in Europe by UN "International Judiciary" (Article 7), UN
"Remedy for Human Rights" (Articles 4, 17)and UN "Right to protect Human Rights" (Articles 12.2-
12.3) strictly protected from any and all interference, with absolute immunity bu UN Independence
Judiciary (Articles 1,2,4,16 & 18) as an "Internationally Protected Person" by US Federal Law 18
USC 1116(B).
