International Commission of Diplomatic Relations & Human Rights is a licensed International,
Inter government organization registered under the resolution of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic
Relations (1961) and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (1963) accredited by
Government of Commonwealth, International Council of Jurist and affiliated with Corporation
National De Chapellanes Christianos Evangelicos, International Special Court of Human Right,
International Council on Global Conflict Resolution, Corte Brazileira De Justica Arbitral E Eclesiatica
& Amnesty International etc; with universial jurisdictons of the international law and official
powers and authorities which are fully binding upon all countries (UN International Jurisdictions,
Articles 3, 9.4) thereby processing inherent judicial sovereighty analogous to statehood, by force
and effect of Customary International Law" (UN Diplomatic Relations, Preamble, Article 47.1; UN
Counsular Relations Preamble). Its status as a Sovereign "subject of International Laws' is binding
upon all countreies regardless of recognition (UN Law of Treaties, Article 3) with inherent
diplomatic and counsular relations (UN Counsular, Articles 3, 1 (d), 17.1) as a non-territorial
socereinty (UN Dilomtic, Artible 1(i), 3.1(a))
By these Letter Patent, the Executive of this Council hereby confirms that the named person is duly
appointed as a Diplomatic Office of our Sovereign Council subject of International LAw, empowered
by full official capacity for the following functions and titles of the office.
Global Ambassador of Youth Affairs and Youth Empowerment
As a Special officer of the International Counsil with a Diplomatic Portfolio the name International
Diplomat also serves as a High Official and Trustees of this Sovereign Inter government
Organization.
Diplomatic status is invoked with all privilleges and immunities by the presenting "Diplomatic
Credentils" as issued (IN Diplomatic Relations, Article 13), exception from accreditation or embassy
registration (UN Diplomatic Artcles 1(i), 3.1(a)) without requirement of a counsular post (UN
Counsular Post, articles 3, 1(d), 17.1), regardness of recognization (UN Law of treaties, Article 3).
Immunities fully apply by the fact of sovereignty alone (UN Diplomatic , Articles 22-36; UN
Councular, Articles 40-57). High Official and Trustees of thsi council hol absolute immunity
regardless of scope of functions (ICJ Congo vs Belgium, Articles 51-55).
