6. Dhiraj Ahuja Director – Business Development Dhiraj earned his bachelor degree in Science from Delhi University in 1995. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management from Institute of Directors, New Delhi besides a Certificate in Computer Applications from NIIT. Immediately after earning his bachelors degree, he joined Cyber Media India Limited, India's leading technology media group. Having written for magazines like Dataquest and PC Quest successfully for two years, he joined Media Transasia as Assistant Editor for their international license publications Computer World and PC World. He has also written for publications of repute like India Today and Business Standard. Post this he took a sabbatical from IT journalism to become one of the founder editors for India's biggest online initiative then, Mantraonline.com. As the content manager for this horizontal portal, he syndicated and produced content on topics as diverse as film & music.   Dhiraj spent seven years with leading media houses before founding Team Orange Communications with his friend Rishu Monga. He has spearheaded many accounts of prominence at Team Orange. Some names of repute include Panasonic, Imation, Transcend, Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India, Esys, World Phone, Lego, Dedicated Micros, SOPEXA, DotAsia and Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency to name a few.  Dhiraj takes a keen interest in reading books, writing articles, watching films and television. He is also an avid adventure traveler and has been to places as remote as Sikkim and Jaisalmer. He is married to a learned Gynaecologist who is currently working at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (A.I.I.M.S.), New Delhi and is blessed with a daughter. Â

Rishu Monga Director – Operations Rishu earned his bachelor degree in commerce from Kanpur University in 1997 before adding two post graduate qualifications - in advanced software design & development from the Electronics Research & Development Center of India at Noida and another in business administration (Marketing and HRM), from the Institute of Cooperative & Corporate Management Research & Training, Lucknow. Rishu is also extremely proficient web design and development, PHP programming, desktop publishing and image editing software. Rishu spent four and a half years with leading national PR agencies including Euro RSCG and eLexicon before founding Team Orange Communications with his friend Dhiraj Ahuja. He has spearheaded many accounts of prominence during his professional stint including powerful entities like Escorts Group, Government of Punjab and multiple technology clients like Cellnext Technologies Ltd., iServ India Solutions Ltd., Escosoft Technologies, Network Programs, Cressanda Solutions Ltd., Canal Plus Technologies, Iomega Corporation, Concerto Software and ComoreTel. He also manages the online promotion for Team Orange’s website and contributes to business genetation activities. Rishu takes a keen interest in playing guitar and song writing.
