About Us Britt Bloch initiated her recruiting career in 1990 specializing in sales' professionals . After numerous awards and leadership positions, with  Management Recruiters International , Bloch seized the opportunity to open her own firm in Chicago, Illinois. Since its inception in 1997, Britt Bloch Consultants earned national recognition and exclusive contracts with premier corporations such as  Johnson & Johnson  (188 healthcare operating companies).  With over 80 corporate clients and a thriving search firm, Bloch evolved her career into the strategic arena and embarked on a national recruitment function build-out for  Fifth Third Bank  (23,000 employee organization). Bloch conducted needs' analysis for 21 geographic domestic markets, implementing and executing strategic plans for best practice selection, on-boarding, recruiting, HRIS, metrics, creative sourcing campaigns, education/training programs, and employment branding.  After four successful project years with Fifth Third Bank, Bloch accepted  Marriott International  (144,000 employee organization), to continue her efforts in the strategic arena and was charged with re-engineering cross functional team recruitment processes and campaigns to drive sales/marketing recruiting initiatives. Bloch conducted needs' analysis for domestic and international sites resulting in creating market tactics to escalate candidate flow and community penetration, conceptualizing passive candidate market collateral and drip campaigns,  driving Collegiate, HBCU, and Diversity Programs, propelling and integrating selection tool processes and behavioral interviewing, instituting HRIS resources and tools, and maximizing on-boarding efforts.
