Cross-Cultural Challenges That You Face What are the cross-cultural challenges that impact collaboration and knowledge sharing in your organization and that require that you enhance your personal effectiveness?
We Exist In Different Cultures Across Which Knowledge Needs To Flow And Be Absorbed National Regional Ethnic  Departmental and Organizational  Generational Gender Professional/Discipline Geographical Religious
Understanding Cultural Differences Participants will use tools and practice behaviors that result in greater understanding of the cultures of others. Participants will practice being more articulate about their cultural identity and learn to inquire more about the cultural identity of others.
Becoming More Open Participants will learn how to manage personal and organizational boundaries to be more open to knowledge from other cultures.   Participants will practice tools that will improve problem solving and collaboration across cultures.
Becoming More Open: What Constrains Us Participants will develop increased awareness of Constraints and Resistances: Projections, Stereotypes, “Us and Them” dynamics.  Participants will develop strategies to better engage across cultures.
Gaining Insights Through Cross-Cultural Dialogue The workshop will emphasize cross-cultural dialogue in which participants can share their insights about cross-cultural dynamics and challenges. Participants will apply workshop tools and approaches to respond to critical cross-cultural individual and organizational challenges.
Taking Action Individual participants will determine the steps each can take based on what was learned in the workshop to bridge the cultural gap? Participants will identify steps their organizational group can take to bridge the cultural gap?
