What is the EON Grant
Guarantee Program?
• EON Reality has been recognized by governments around
the world as the global leader in XR education.
• Based on the pressing education needs in a post-
pandemic environment, EON Reality has been able to
secure grants for its academic partners with governments
and intergovernmental organizations in many different
countries.
• Because of these successes, EON Reality has now
developed the EON Grant Guarantee Program for
qualifying academic institutions, see attached Criteria
• Practically, this means that EON Reality can guarantee
securing a grant for setting up a $5 million (USD) EON-XR
Center modeled after centers that EON Reality has
already established around the world
At the EON-XR Global Conference 2021. we have announced 73 new locations
Due to the Pandemic during 2020, EON-XR saw 819% increase in usage, a 353%
increase in asset creation, a 340% increase in logins, and a 177% increase in EON-XR
applications with over over 664,000 new licenses in 46 active countries.
The 7 Step Grant Process
1. Introduction Meeting - Introduction of the EON-XR Center Grant Guarantee
Program (GGP)
2. Application Submission - Submission of Online Application There are no
financial obligations, binding commitments, or any liabilities with submitting
the application
3. Committee Determination - All applications are reviewed by the GGP
Committee and subject to determination within 10 days after receipt.
4. Certificate of Approval - If the application is approved a Certificate is
issued for an amount between $5 million USD to establish an EON-XR
center for up to 5000 students and 750 work/internships based on the
merits of the Application.
5. XR Solution Meeting – Deep Dive EON-XR Platform demonstration for XR
deployment at scale
6. Offer Letter - After being approved the Applicant receives the Offer Letter.
The Applicant has up to 30 days to approve or decline the Offer Letter and
Grant guarantee
7. Delivery and Implementation Plan – EON delivers the EON-XR Center along
with the pedagogical and technical XR experts and start implementing the
Academic EON-XR Program

• If the Application is approved EON issues a Certificate of
Approval
• EON Reality and the Applicant sign the Grant Guarantee
Program Offer Letter to set up an up to $5M (USD) EON-XR
Center.
• EON Reality delivers the EON-XR platform for up to 5000
students and 750 work/internships upfront as per the EON-
XR Center equipment list.
• EON guarantees 100% of the EON-XR Center funding, 78%
with a EON Co investment and 22% with a Donation
Guarantee from EON Reality Learn for Life
• In conjunction with EON Reality’s delivery of EON-XR
platform the Applicant pays a one-time Grant Guarantee Fee
of 1% of the EON-XR Center value ($250,000)
• Additional $6.7 Grant Application Once the Offer Letter is
signed EON works with Applicant to secure an additional

Five Key Steps After Signing the Offer Letter
1. Delivery Of The EON-XR Center led by our President Mats Johansson and his team where EON delivers the EON-XR Center platform with up to 5000
students and 750 worker/internships for a 5 Year period as per the GGP Certificate of Approval and the signed Offer Letter
2. Implementation Kickoff led by Mats Johansson and Brita Kjallstrom which includes knowledge transfer to your faculty members, your students, the
workshop, the training certification etc. see attached EON-XR Implementation Overview with links to multiple documents. As an example video of a kickoff
implementation meeting for a European University with 50,000 students.
3. Pedagogical Implementation lead by Dr. Peter Looker, our Chief Learning Officer who is our expert in learning and teaching development. The focus is
how to pedagogically introduce the EON-XR Platform so it's embraced by faculty members as well as students. The pedagogical approach is briefly
summarized in this video link, see also the Resource Center and design brief for Faculty and Students. Having led the learning and teaching development
for 10 years with Nanyang Technological University NTU (the #1 university in Asia), Dr. Looker extensive experience in this field will ensure a great
pedagogical implementation with your institution.
4. Additional $6.7 Grant Application lead Ms. Richie Laculle-Chen to secure the additional grant of $6.7 million of which $1.3 million will be provided to
the Applicant as a cash grant to expand the XR operation. EON has an extensive experience of working with academic institutions and securing grants with
organizations like: USAID, UNIDO, UNESCO, European Union, Inter-American Development Bank, Learn ForLife EON provides a generic grant application

5. Center Promotion Activities As a part of joining the EON Reality’sGlobal EON-XR Academic Community, Brita Kjallstrom will be coordinating a number
of marketing activities with you including: Promoting your organization in the global EON-XR CenterNetwork by asking you to record a brief video, similar
to what we've done with Prof Dr.Edmond Hajrizi from UBT and NTEC, Create a joint Press Release, see example. Josh Chesler, who is responsible for public
relations as well as the social media side will coordinate the information we require from you and Introduce your Institution to the global EON community

to find a technological solution to keep assembly jobs, the most
labor-intensive part of manufacturing, in Europe.

Merged XR shall be utilized for safety training to alert workers for issues such as
HAZMAT and radiation.
User shall easily scan and create a digital twin of the work site with Merged XR, and
leverage AI-based label identification to automatically label warning zones by
scanning the Hazard Class Labels within the work site.
The system shall be trained to recognize different HAZMAT labels with high accuracy
and robustness, including flammable, explosive, poisonous and radioactive
materials.
Whenever the user is within the proximity of a hazard material, warning sound and
information panel shall be automatically triggered, and the digital twin shall glow red
intermittently in such region.
The system shall be expanded to incorporate wireless-based self-positioning

Our system currently allows manual scanning of objects using a AI
portal for identification, and we wish to extend this feature to be a
fully automatic process by identifying multiple objects of interest
and create small bounding boxes around them with AI Selected

The user simply chooses those annotations that are relevant to the

The AI engine shall proceed by actively filling up content for the

EON Reality is interested in the development of technologies, tools and protocols
relating to the effective crowdsourcing of data from user-generated experiences.
As users scan and create the knowledge portals of the same area or artifact (for
example Piccadilly Circus), we are interested in stitching and fusing these individual
XR experiences, in the follow aspects:

The goal is to create a richer experience and a broader knowledge base from existing
ones, by stitching them together to form a global knowledge metaverse.
This is very much the same way how Google Street View works with user-added
360 bubbles, but instead of these bubbles being just scanned 3D environments, they
are also filled with XR Spatial 3D knowledge using the Knowledge Portals.
Wherever the user might be, he can actually probe the reality and inanimate objects
in XR and have them come to life and filled with knowledge.

technologies that will allow EON-XR to become a participatory

EON-XR Platform.
The goal is to focus on art and cultural heritage in general
(buildings, etc..) by taking advantage of the experiences we're
currently creating as a part of the global XR competition where
we aim to create 10 million experiences on EON-XR as part of a
citizen science initiative.

User looks at a structure trying to make a decision how to apply a load to that

By superimposing pre-existing data such as a FEM model, the XR app is able to

Headsets and various devices are starting to offer eye tracking features
that enable the user to track the eyes/gaze in a merged XR
environment where a physical environment is superimposed with a digital
twin.
The eye/gaze tracking data thus can track which part of the digital
twin the user is looking at.
For example, if the user looks at an annotation that contains 12
Knowledge Portals, we can track the information that the user is
looking at within that Knowledge Panel.
With the AI portal, we can then connect this tracking info with big data,
and assess what the user has looked at, and also provide feedback on
what he missed and what they did not look at.
This can be very useful in training with a warning system for safety &
security.
For example, with the tracking data we can monitor when the user
doesn't see a gap or a slippery floor or misses flammable objects.

The 7 Step Grant Process
1. Grant Introduction Meeting - Introduction EON-XR Center scope and
Corporate Grant Guarantee Program
2. Executive Meeting – Executive meeting with signatories to discuss eligibility
for the grant program and application criteria
3. Application Submission - EON Customer Submission of Corporate Grant
Guarantee Program Online application
4. Determination meeting - The EON committee determines the overall
quality of each Grant application.
5. Certificate of Approval - If the application is approved EON issues
Certificate of Approval providing up to $25M Grant Guarantee and EON co
investment to establish an EON-XR center for 2200 employees
6. Signature Corporate Grant Guarantee Program Agreement & EON-XR
center delivery order
7. Delivery and Implementation Plan – EON delivers the EON-XR Center
components and Upon contract the pedagogical and technical XR experts to
start implementing the academic EON-XR Program as outlined in the next
slide
How does Corporate Grant
Guarantee Program Work?

• If the application is approved EON issues the Certificate of Approval
• EON Reality and the EON Customer sign the Corporate Grant Guarantee
Program Agreement to set up a $15M EON-XR Center including 2200
licenses for workers
• EON delivers upfront EON-XR Platform, Merged XR and Spatial
Meetings for up to 2200 workers & Hardware as per EON-XR
Center equipment list and all associated hosting/upgrade &
implementation costs. Grant Covers Year 1, Year 2-5 75% Discount
Partner Option (not obligatory)
• EON guarantees 100% of the funding, 78% with an EON Co investment and
22% with a Donation Guarantee from EON Reality Learn for Life
• In conjunction with EON Reality’s delivery of EON-XR platform and the
signing of the binding Grant Guarantee Agreement, the customer pays a
one-time grant guarantee fee of 1.67% of the EON-XR Center value
($250,000)

• LMS Integration with compatible systems.

• EON-XR Training Certification Level 1 and 2 online courses for
all selected academic members.
• Workshops and online classes for trainers, trainees and
employees to learn how to use and create applications in
EON-XR.
• The development of a framework for corporate guidelines
(both qualitative and quantitative) as outlined in the
document XR Enterprise 4.0 EON-XR Long
• The delivery of the EON-XR module guidelines based on
experience from Customer Success stories in 28 Countries
• This implementation will demonstrate that both EON Reality and
the EON Customer are committed and execute the Center, which
will facilitate the grant approval significantly.
