96 RESEARCH ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION
The tribals are, by and large, Children of nature thier
life- style being conditioned by their eciosystem.
Education can aid these primitive people by supple-
menting their knowledge about their environment and
by providing logical and scientific explanations for
external phenomena which fall within their ken.
In the last fifty years, tribal society has gone into
considerable modrnization. They have come under
the contact of the general mass in their area and in-
centives provided by the government and social or-
ganization have brought them closer to the national
mainstream. Naw they participate in the politicosocio
and economic systems of the country. Education is
spreading rapidly among them.
What ever be their racial origin, These Scheduled
Tribes have continued to remain in a state of social
educational and economic backwardness for ages.
My findings of this research has given below the
difference between the Tribal and Non- Tribal Girls
in the Mayurbhanj district of Odisha.
