2. The petite girl
I’ve been laying on my bed. It’s been four days since
the car accident I’ve been in with my family. It’s
surprisingly quiet tonight. Yet I’m having problems
falling asleep. I’ve turned around in my bed for what
felt like an eternity before I decided to get up and
get a glass of cool water. You can’t lay under these
hospital blankets for long before you feel a need of
hydration.
I’ve been laying on my bed. It’s been four days since the car
accident I’ve been in with my family. It’s surprisingly quiet
tonight. Yet I’m having problems falling asleep. I’ve turned
around in my bed for what felt like an eternity before I decided to
get up and get a glass of cool water.

3. After walking out of my room I have a bad feeling. It seems like I´m not alone in the
hallway. I know it sounds crazy, but I have a feeling if someone- or something- is
following me. I turn around several times, but never see anyone. Strange how the
lights still haven’t been on after four nights. This made everything worse. I notice my
heartbeat going up. Somehow, the hallway seems to be longer than usual. I finally
arrive at the kitchen. I hastily get myself a glass of water because I want to go back
to my safe bed as soon as possible.
After walking out of my room I have a bad feeling. It seems like
I´m not alone in the hallway. I know it sounds crazy, but I have a
feeling if someone- or something- is following me. I turn around
several times, but never see anyone. Strange how the lights still
haven’t been on after four nights. This made everything worse.
I notice my heartbeat going up. Somehow, the hallway seems to
be longer than usual. I finally arrive at the kitchen. I hastily get
myself a glass of water because I want to go back to my safe
bed as soon as possible.

4. When I walk out of the kitchen I
cannot believe my eyes. A petite
girl, maybe four years old, is
standing in front of me wearing a
white robe and carrying a teddy
bear in her left hand. The teddy is
missing an eye. She just looks at
me with her big black eyes. Then I
gaze down her long, straight black
hair. Suddenly, I notice her tight
grip on a butcher’s knife. But I cut
that out. I rather ask myself why
such a young girl is walking around
the hallway at this time. I decide to
ask her where her mother was, but
she just slightly and stiffly shakes
her head. I slowly take fright, but I
try to conceal it.
The girls walks past me and I don´t stop her. I run back to my room
