■ Talk about the benefits, not features
■ Use specific or certain words
■ Talk about what you can do for them
■ Show your readers that you know their
needs
■ Be specific in your claims
■ Address their objections
■ Throw in a few details that stand you out
■ Each part of your sales piece should call
their attention
■ Good Sales Copy is an art
