Luis is a Managing Consultant in Product Management, Experience Design & Agile Delivery within IBM iX. He has worked across various industries for companies including Coca-Cola, Adidas, Nationwide, BP, Castrol, Nokia, Pfizer and Novartis. He was shortlisted as UK's Young Consultant of Year by the Management Consultancies Association in 2018. Luis started his career in advertising as a Strategist for digital campaigns across different channels. After 4 years in advertising learning how to reach the minds and hearts of customers, he decided to join consulting with views towards bringing the user to the centre of the software development process through a design-driven culture.
