Al hablar de democracia en estos tiempos se considera a los partidos políticos como los principales articuladores y aglutinadores de los intereses sociales. Para precisar su origen podemos distinguir dos acepciones, una concepción amplia de partido nos dice que este es cualquier grupo de personas unidas por un mismo interés en tal sentido el origen de los partidos se remonta a los comienzos de la sociedad políticamente organizada.
Existen seis clases de dispositivos de anclaje que están descritos por la norma UNE-EN 795:1997 y su modificación UNE-EN 795/A1:2001.
Para cada clase de los dispositivos de anclaje se recogen diferentes tipos disponibles, aunque no se trata de una lista exhaustiva.
Cada uno de los diferentes dispositivos de anclaje será desarrollado por una NTP específica.
No se consideran dispositivos de anclaje los elementos que constituyen los equipos de protección individual contra caídas de altura recogidos por las normas UNE-EN 353.1 y UNE-EN 353.2. Los equipos descritos por las normas anteriormente citadas están destinados a detener una posible caída, principalmente en desplazamientos verticales efectuados manualmente, usualmente se denominan líneas de vida verticales.
