This document contains building plans and specifications for a two-story home extension that includes a low-level boxing foundation, stairs, and dormer windows. The stairs will have 12 risers at 200mm and 11 goings at 263mm with handrails between 900-1100mm high. The dormer windows will have a warm deck roof construction. The roof will be covered with clay tiles to match the existing home and have uPVC windows and doors with minimum U-values of 1.6 and 1.8 respectively.
