3. Decorative Millwork is made of moulded pieces of
polyurethane foam. The foam is created by mixing
isocyanate and resin. The process starts with a
detailed, finely crafted original master carved out of
wood.
Moulds are finished with a barrier coat of ultraviolet
resistant primer, and then filled with liquid
polyurethane. The mould is then sealed and the
polyurethane expands under pressure, creating an
exact duplicate of the original master.

10. Functional louvers are moulded with fixed open
slats to provide the necessary ventilation for your
attic or airspace. Rear fiberglass screening
prevents unwanted pests from entering your
home.
Decorative louvers are moulded with
closed slats to provide the classic look
of a functional louver for areas where
ventilation is not required.
There are two types of louvers used: decorative and functional.
Both decorative and functional louvers are available in a wide
