3. Cross Curricular Activity: This exercise is explained in class. Students practise unreal situational structures while learning a Science subject. The strategy problem solving is used in this exercise. Students learn that the gravity on each planet is different . The activity consists of calculating (for example) how much they would weigh on Mercury if they weighed 60 kilos on Earth.
4. ARE YOU A GOOD CITIZEN? Unreal situations. What would you do if you were in the street and you saw two people fighting? What would you do if a shop assistant in a department store gave you too much change? What would you do if you were sitting on a crowded bus and an elderly woman got on? What would you do if you wanted a noisy party in your flat? What would you do if you found a homeless woman sleeping in the entrance to your flat? You are waiting to buy a phone card. The young man who is in front of you leaves the shop and walks down the road. When you look down, you see he has dropped a new phone card. What would you do?
5. Conclusion: Students have learnt how to talk and write about unreal or not probable situations, .
