Dominik Balint created a magazine cover and double page spread in Adobe Photoshop CC 2018. He found background images and photos online and copied them into his project. Balint typed titles, subtitles, and information about the Champions League using different fonts and colors. He added final details like a barcode and price tag to make the magazine cover look professional.

2. Process
I did my magazine
cover first. My first
step doing my cover
was the background,
I found the right
picture that I have
been looking for.

3. Process
I have simple copied (Ctrl + C) and
pasted (Ctrl + V) my background
into Adobe Photoshop CC 2018.

4. Process
My second step making my magazine
cover was the person in the bottom
middle of the page. I have got rid of
the background as I already had my
own. I have removed the background
by using the “Magnetic Lasso tool”.

5. Process
What I did next was the main title of
the magazine “ONLY THE BEST”. I have
done that by typing “1001 Fonts” into
Google Chrome. Then I have picked
the font I have found suitable for my
football magazine.

6. Process
After all that I have done the subtitle
“Everything about the 2018-19
Champions League”. To do this I have
been helped out by the “Horizontal
Type Tool” to type it in. I have also
changed the colour of the text so it is
visible, I did that by using the “Color”
tool.

7. Process
Then I have done another subtitle
“The GOAT” (The greatest of all time)
to describe the player. I’ve teamed up
with the “Horizontal Type Tool” once
again to type in what I wanted.

I then did two other subtitles that has
provided some linkable information
about the sport and the magazine.
Then once again I have used the
“Horizontal Type Tool” to type it in and
I've also changed the colour of it to
make the cover look more interesting,
attention catching.

9. Process
My 9th step of this process was the
barcode from google to make my
product look realistic and professional.
I have copied (Ctrl + C) and pasted (Ctrl
+ V) it again like I did before.

10. Process
My final step was the price tag “3.99”
to show the costumers how much it
costs. For the last time I have used the
“Horizontal Type Tool”. This has also
made my magazine look a bit more
realistic and professional in my
opinion.

I had to do a double page spread for
the magazine. The first thing I did on
that was the background from google
again, I’ve then copied (Ctrl + C) and
pasted (Ctrl + V) it into my software.

I have then typed in the main title of
this page “Champions League 2018-
19” to show it is about. For this I used
the “Horizontal Type Tool”.

the current champions league news. I
used the “Horizontal Type Tool”. But I
have changed the colour of the text as
well to make it visible. I used the

I have then got a picture of the team I
was talking about from google. As I did
before I have copied (Ctrl + C) and
pasted (Ctrl + V) it into Photoshop.

Then finally I have made my last page of
the "double page spread" I have put the
main title at the top "the ones to watch".
I have used the "horizontal type tool"
again to write down what I needed and I
have also used the colour pallet to
change the colour to a suitable and
visible colour to make it stand out. The I
have put the subtitle just underneath to
let the audience know what this page is
about, I have changed the colour once
again for the same reasons. Finally I have
got two top players pictures from google
to make the magazine more interesting
but also to show who this is about.
When I got the two players I have
removed the background that was
already behind. Then I have wrote down
some details for each players
performance in the 2018/19 Champions
League.
