This document presents a novel frequency reconfigurable circular microstrip patch antenna utilizing complementary ring slot resonators (CRSR) to cater to various wireless communication standards including Bluetooth, WiMAX, and WLAN. The proposed design achieves tri-band operation at 2.5 GHz, 3.6 GHz, and 5.2 GHz, and incorporates six pin diodes for dynamic tuning of the resonant frequencies. The antenna demonstrates adequate directivity and satisfactory radiation properties, with the ability to adapt to coexisting communication standards on a single device.
