This is a project implemented by me and my friends during our final year. It is designed for doctors who are not able to be with the patients all the time. This improves the gap between the patients and the doctors.
As elderly population increases day by day caretaking demands are also increasing. Hence patient health monitoring systems are gaining importance these days. This paper is based on monitoring of patients. We have designed and developed a reliable, energy efficient patient monitoring system. It is able to send parameters of patient in real time. It enables the doctors to monitor patient's health parameters (temp, heartbeat, ECG, position) in real time. In the current proposed system the patient health is continuously monitored using different sensors which is connected to the Arduino board. And the acquired data is send to the server using Ethernet shield attached to the Arduino board. If any of the parameter values goes beyond the threshold value an alert is given to the doctor using an Android application installed in the doctor’s smartphone.
This technology is not in the market. It is expected that 2020 onwards it will be available in market. To know more about P-ISM please go through the last two links provided in the slide end. There are details of other ISM devices also.

Improving utilization of infrastructure clouds is a concept from iaas cloud computing.
However, such private cloud installations also face a utilization problem. In order to ensure on-demand availability a provider needs to over provision: keep a large proportion of nodes idle so that they can be used to satisfy an on-demand request, which could come at any time. The need to keep all these nodes idle leads to low utilization. The only way to improve it is to keep fewer nodes idle. But this means potentially rejecting a higher proportion of requests – to a point at which a provider no longer provides on-demand computing. This situation is particularly hard to accept in the world of scientific computing where the use of batch schedulers typically ensures high utilization and thus much better resource amortization. Thus, potential low utilization constitutes a significant potential obstacle to the adoption of cloud computing in the scientific world.
The 5 pen pc technology with digital pen and paper makes it possible to get a digital copy of handwritten information, and have it sent to digital devices via Bluetooth.
P-ISM (“Pen-style Personal Networking Gadget Package”), which is nothing but the new discovery, which is under developing, stage by NEC Corporation. P-ISM is a gadget package including five functions: a pen-style cellular phone with a handwriting data input function, virtual keyboard, a very small projector, camera scanner, and personal ID key with cashless pass function. P-ISMs are connected with one another through short-range wireless technology. The whole set is also connected to the Internet through the cellular phone function. This personal gadget in a minimalist pen style enables the ultimate ubiquitous computing.

Due to the cancellation of the Board examinations, the assessment of 80 marks will be done by the school
- based on the marks scored by the candidate in the different tests/exams conducted by the school during the year, and
- the marks should be in consonance with the past performance of the school in Class X Board examinations.
The CBSE will consider the following exams for awarding the marks to candidate

exams, take the best performance in the three tests or give a weightage to each exam as considered suitable.
