Thermal Oxidizer: Why do we need to upgrade from 1 GPM to 10 GPM? Runoff
water from rain and condensation are the sources the TO unit burns.
Condensation will end with the new insulated chilled water pipes.
Water hammering will cease due to new steam piping.
Communication between the new chillers and between the chillers and boilers.
Automating all valves. Temperature controllers installed.
Safety of operators increase.
New system linked to emergency connection to city water.
