For work experience, the goals are to gain volunteer experience in strength and conditioning during their undergraduate degree, get involved in university programs, and obtain relevant industry certifications and memberships. The education goals are to complete an undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science with high grades, and obtain strength and conditioning coaching certifications. Professional development goals include improving communication, interpersonal, and industry knowledge skills. Maintaining work-life balance is also a priority through continuing sport involvement, spending time with family/friends, and healthy habits.
