This document presents "what if" scenarios about possible futures: 1) Sustainable consumption becomes mainstream through a credit system that provides tax reductions for sustainable behaviors and allows people to sponsor and decide sustainability challenges. 2) Invisibility cloaking and transparent buildings that control privacy on demand could reduce energy consumption and change concepts of privacy. 3) City gardens could be shared, boosting local food production and increasing social cohesion through new plant configurations and habitats. 4) Policy programs are replaced by ad hoc task forces of experts who address challenges instead of following political calendars. 5) Happiness and human values replace GDP as the dominant measure of welfare, leading to new forms of value exchange.
