Project Planning & Scheduling
4Cite’s range of planning skills and experience enables us to provide our clients with the
flexibility and capability they need for their project. Microso Project and Primavera so ware is
directly supported in‐house and we have highly experienced specialists available to work in Asta
Powerplan, Micro Planner and Open Plan.
We provide Senior Planners and Planning Leads as well and junior support planners as required.
Our team are required to comply with Best Prac se Standards for Scheduling (PMI) and the
Australian Standards for Earned Value Analysis.
Cost Control & Management
We have a number of specialists available to assist project teams with their cost control and
repor ng requirements across a number of so ware packages. Understanding the in mate
rela onship between project schedule and cost control and management enables our specialists
to guide clients to sound Earned Value repor ng in line with Australian Standards and also sound
forecas ng and Es mates to Complete.
Project Management & Control Systems & Procedures
4Cite can assist Clients with assessing and implemen ng project management procedures and
project controls systems and processes. We have assisted a number of Clients with the
implementa on of integrated systems that allow for efficient and collabora ve opera on.
Contract Claims Prepara on and Review
4Cite has prepared thousands of contract claims on behalf of Clients to assist them in gaining
their contract en tlements. Extension of Time, Varia ons, Delay and Disrup on and
Prolonga on Claims are standard claims prepared for Clients.
Our teams’ extensive construc on experience across numerous contract types enables us to
provide our Clients with prac cal and viable submissions. A number of our submissions have
been assessed by Expert Witnesses in li ga on proceedings and have passed all scru ny.
Independent Reviews and Analysis
Our Senior consultants have undertaken a number of Independent Reviews over the years on
behalf project owners by way of analysing proposed project schedules and project es mates.
These analyses are conducted against objec ve criteria par cularly Standards where they apply
and the findings and recommenda ons prepared in a report for the Client.

independent audits of the contractors proposed

detailed analyses of the proposed project programs and

Mike provided cost control for a feasibility study that I managed. Mike conducted the works
remotely (we s ll haven't met) using web based TeamViewer as the method for our regular cost
control mee ngs. Mike's proficiency with cost control made the process easy, the results accurate,
the reports clear and concise and most importantly, where costs were trending above forecast,
Mike advised of the poten al for cost creep early enough to allow me to manage the costs back to
