Environmental factors and existing land value based on latest
Govt reserve price on the said area, Recognizing land use
patterns at the location, climatologically studies and put forth
recommendations to the Land Acquisition team on above report
based on above criteria as well as govt approved latest Guidance
value for the area concerned not forgetting return on investment.

(Schedule of Rates, Blr Circle),Specifying methods and materials
and finishes and textures, colours and techniques along with
vendor specifications and details in consultation with other
consultants and team, coordinating with contracts dept for
finalization of invitation of bids by execution agencies, short
listing, comparative analysis of bid offers evaluation of spread
sheets and cost comparisons, price negotiation, and award of
contract as per Time, Quality and Cost in that order.
