This document presents a study on nutrition deficiency diseases in fish conducted by Akash Pradip Dash for their M.Sc. in Zoology. The objective of the study was to identify the causes of disease in fish to enable appropriate treatment and control. Common signs of malnutrition in fish include skeletal disorders, eye conditions, and generalized symptoms. Specific examples of nutritional deficiencies examined in the study include thiamine deficiency, nutritional myopathy, and ascorbic acid deficiency in the fish species Cromileptes altivelis.
