Problem Statement: School drop-out is a major problem as it has negative impacts that result in high social
costs. The number of drop-outs in our school had been increased for the past 2 years based
on our KPI.
Project Objective Statement: Attain zero drop-out rate.
Root Cause: The common reasons for reasons in our community were child labor, insufficient family
income and lack of personal interest among learners.
