The Enhanced School Improvement Plan (E-SIP) proposes Project Rider-Reader Tandem (Project RRT) to improve the reading comprehension of junior and senior high school students. The project aims to increase the literacy rate of students reading below grade level by 70% through pairing stronger readers with those struggling. It will conduct pre-tests to assess students, interpret the results, implement the reader-rider tandem program, and post-tests to evaluate improved literacy. The project coordinator and teachers will administer tests, analyze data, pair students, and measure outcomes to help at least 70% of below-level readers gain comprehension.
