5. Props & Locations
Software needed Resources needed
Photoshop Computer
Word (Proposal) Images from Internet
PowerPoint (Reflection & Evaluation etc) Examples (For ideas on designs)
Web browser
6. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Computer overheating It is important to have breaks to give my
computer a rest and cool down so it does not
shutdown and damage itself
Losing work Make sure to save constantly to prevent losing
any or all progress made with work in that
session.
Running out of time Manage time well and don’t stay on the same
thing for along time
Lack of equipment
(Not having a computer)
It’s difficult to do the work if there’s nothing to
do the work on. To make this time useful for me
I should think of ideas in ways to improve it all
No Photoshop If a computer doesn’t have photoshop I could
instead find images, fonts and designs on the
internet I could incorporate with my work
Difficult designs A difficult design may lead to a slow production
progress and I could easily lose a lot of time on
only one element
7. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
Wrist injury Rest your hands to ensure you don’t get cramps
or pain in them from working too long
Eye strain Spend time away from the screen to ensure you
don’t get eye strain from long exposure to blue
light
Wires Be wary not to trip on the computers wires if
they are hanging out or running along the floor
Back ache Get up and stretch to prevent back ache due to
sitting down and hunching over a computer for
too long
Tiredness Take rests from work to relax and or sleep.
The brain will work better that way
Plug sockets In addition to the wires of the computer, double
check the plug that yours putting the power
lead/charger is safe and doesn’t seem
dangerous with too many plugs already in it

Editor's Notes
Explore colours, fonts and image styles similar to what you want to produce. Discuss all three elements in relation to why you chose them and where you may use them in your project. Go over as many pages as you need to
Mock up of a potential design using the colours and fonts established in your style sheet and sourced images
