Cleantech Latvia is a cluster established in 2012 to bring together cleantech enterprises and research institutions in Latvia. It unites players in water and waste, advanced materials, and renewable energy. Key activities include global expansion, product innovation, partnerships, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Future prospects include implementing EU projects, expanding markets in Eastern Europe and Central Asia through trade missions and exhibitions, and opening foreign representative offices in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Water and waste - preservation, treatment and effective (re)use
of these resources, using and creating modern solutions
Advanced materials and energy efficiency: the main task is to
reduce energy and resource consumption
Renewable energy: the sub sector is focused on use of biomass
and waste, which is significant energy source
