In a scope of task performed : design, supply
and assembly of technological installations i.a.:
• I° filters stage of filtration on vertical storied
pressure iron removing filters,
• II° stage of filtration on vertical storied pressure
removing manganese filters,
• Intermediate ozonisation
• Disinfection by UV rays
• Water aeration in specially design aerators with
ozone part

The investment purpose was to supplement the existing technology with intermediate
ozonation and filtration on an active carbon with connection of two technological lines
into one system.

21. Purate is the new technology to produce
chlorine dioxid
PURATE – stabilized mixture of sodium chlorate
with hydrogen peroxide – patented by a firm EKA
(AKZO NOBEL) – the biggest producer of sodium
chlorate in the world.
Mechanism of producing chlorine dioxide – ClO2:
NaClO3 + ½H2O2 + ½H2SO4 = ClO2 + ½Na2SO4+ ½O2+ H2O

1. Drain system SE-LOP Type XA
The main innovative element of Se-Lop drain system is a filtration drainage (slotted sieve)
made of 100% from stainless steel 304 (equivalent OH18N9), with 0,2 mm and reversed
triangular shaped slots. Total surface of slots in a drainage depending on a type of a triangle
wire varies between 8% and 10% of a drainage surface.

The Filter work Analyzer enables us to provide a reliable control of the filter quality.
Turbidity measurement analyzes only parts with the row size 0,2 µm, and consequently
when appear parts with bigger size,
the turbidity measurement will not
show any changes.
